Our Story
It all started when we received an email… Some of us were on our way to our fifth class of the day. Others let adrenaline keep them up until 3 AM. We all ended up getting shortlisted for the John Locke Institute Essay Competition (somehow)!
Welcome to The Social Canvas, a magazine dedicated to exploring the social sciences, from its under-represented topics to some of the most talked about current affairs. Here, our goal is to clarify alien concepts, raise awareness, and have fun (of course).
By giving a platform to students from all over the planet, we aim to fill our blog and magazine issues with articles, essays, reviews that illustrate how geographical and cultural surroundings impact perspectives.
